Cecil Dyer was more than a barber—he was a beloved member of the Citrus Heights community. A dedicated husband, father, veteran, and mentor, Cecil founded Cecil’s Hair in 1976. His barbershop was more than a business; it is a place of connection and care.
As a pastor and founder of Living Word Christian Fellowship, Cecil was devoted to uplifting others. Known for his kindness and generosity, he often traveled to serve clients in need, even during his own health challenges. His daughter Joaquima says, “That was his joy in life…helping people.”
